Remember when Cade was just a "baby" and I'd do a photoshoot every week?!? Well that has gotten to be virtually impossible, now that he's on the move. Remembering Maggie...

I am so sad tonight.
Our dog, Maggie, passed away this afternoon.
She had been sick for a few days...

My heart is broken.

I'm especially sad because Cade loved her so much.
And she love Cade so much.

Just glad he's too little to understand.

A boy's best friend...


She always made Cade laugh...


She was smart...


Protective...


A free spirit...


A playmate...


She was high strung, for lack of a better word.
She pushed her boundaries.
She loved life.

4th of July Weekend Pics

We had a great 4th of July weekend. As you can see from the pics, I gave Cade his first REAL big boy haircut! All that baby hair is G-O-N-E!!! I can't believe how much older he looks, but I love it. And it has to be cooler.

This is from the family reunion we went to on the 4th... it was at the lake and Cade REALLY enjoyed just running around, exploring.




He was not thrilled with the beach. He actually got a little scared when the waves would come up onto the beach.




Brady loved it though!
